Returns policy on  Credit Card Purchases
You can return any Credit Card purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back .
We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories.

We regret that, for piracy reasons, we can only accept unopened Embroidery Design Packs.

Where goods are charged and not received, a full refund will be made or replacement order despatched - at the
discretion of the customer.

Please make sure that items are carefully packaged when sent via the post.

Goods damaged prior to or during delivery
If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we'll send you an undamaged one freight free on receipt
of the damaged product/s.
We require the damage product be returned to us so that we can assess the damage.
